I bought Corsair Vengance LPX 16gb 3000 MHz for my new rig, When i look in bios its only set to 2133 MHz, is there any solution to this? if so im thankful for all help i can get :)

Solution
List your CPU/MB/RAM.

More then likely you need to enable XMP/DOCP in the BIOS but if that doesn't work then a motherboard BIOS update may be required as they help with compatibility/stability.

Your ram probably runs at that speed due to your cpu supporting it if you want to run at faster speeds you need to enable xmp extreme memory profile or overclock your ram you can find out how to do this by looking at your motherboard bios

Ok, per the manual the memory needs to be in slots 2/4 (A2/B2). Move the memory into those slots and try XMP again, if it doesn't boot then download/install the newest BIOS.
