I moved into a area that i am almost back to DIAL UP !!!! So i decided to build a better gaming pc.
AM4 Ryzen 5 2600X chip set
Asus ROG Strix X470-F Gaming Motherboard
G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32 Gig Ram 4 X 8 GIG
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Twin Frozr 6 GIG DDR5
Corsair HX 850 W Power Supply
Corsair H100i RGB Platinum Cooler
Windows 10
I am getting a blue Recovery screen when i attempt to load my new OS WIN 10
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired
The operating system couldn't be loaded because the registey file is missing or contains errors
File : \windows\system32\config\system
Error Code: 0xc0000225
You'll need to use recovery tools if you don't have any installation media ( like USB device)
I downloaded Media Creation Tool put it on flash drive no help....It won't load either even after i changed boot priority in Bios
Can anyone please help me.
Thank you....

Try reformatting the flash drive then redownload the media creation tool onto it. Put it into the new system and hit F8 which should bring up the boot menu and select the flash drive.

If you can get into BIOS then set everything for default for now.
