My Fn key has stopped working

So recently my Fn has stopped working on my mechanical keyboard ( Genesis Thor 300 ) would be really appreciated of any tips because i was searching online for answers and i had no answers. im wondering if its a defective or did i click something that it stopped working.
please help

i got the same problem, it started when my pc was turned off and i pressed any key on the keyboard and it started lightning so i decided to unplug it and plug it back when my pc was off and now the Fn key is not working and when i plug it back it lights up for 3-4 seconds and then stops. I tried onscreen keyboard same results
