Is the CORSAIR CX650 is better than THERMALTAKE SMART RGB 600W and GIGABYTE P650B?
*Reason for asking is because the guy at a store nearby said that Gigabyte has a better fan something called fluid bearing or something and asking about thermaltake because it has RGB no other reason
