Hello I have a friend that want's to get into PC gaming. He doesn't really care about graphics. What is a cheap PC build that can run games on medium settings with atleast 60 fps? I don't want him to have an integrated graphics card though. I also want his build to also be upgradable to incase he starts really liking the idea of playing on the PC. He did say a budget of 400 but he might be fine with something a little more expensive so please help me with a PC guys lol.
