Whenever I hold down right click and press left click a new internet browser opens. It's not Chrome's fault because when I uninstalled it and tried holding right click and pressing left click to see if I still had the problem a popup box opened asking me what browser I would like to open since I no longer had a default browser set. This just started happening randomly and I never used left and right click to open my browser. It's not opening a new tab in the browser, it's just launching the browser itself and it opens to the homepage, and it still does this while playing games and that's what is really making it frustrating. Do I have a mouse hotkey enabled? How can I disable this feature?

What is your mouse's brand and model? Does your mouse have settings that allow you to store hotkeys/gestures? Windows allows you to set keyboard-only hotkeys. Only third-party software (e.g. AutoHotkey) would be able to add that feature.
