How much would a used i5 8400 be worth in the UK?

Thinking of buying an i5 8400 second hand from ebay and found one for £166 with £3.45 shipping fees. Would that be a good value for the i5 8400? It is the 6 core 12 thread non OC processor. I might not even want to do any OC'ing anyway hence why I am thinking of buying a locked CPU.

It is not a 12 thread cpu. Only 6 core.

i5a-8400 is a nice chip. But as far a that goes, the ryzen 2600 is a better counter part at a similar price (6 core 12 thread).

An 8400 was amazing value when 8th gen rolled out. But at this time, there are other better options. Not to mention AMD's possible announcement of 3rd Gen ryzen which will likely lead current cpu pickings as top choice
