When i bought my pc i bought 16gb ram with it (2x 8gb) corsair venegance lpx 3000mhz
But after i went to clean my pc from dust it wont reconize dual channel right anymore.
in slot 1 and 2 it shows 16gb in bios, but its single channel
in slot 1-3 it shows 8gb single channel
in 2 - 4 it shows 8gb single channel
and with 1 ram in slot 1 and 2 it works but doesnt in 3 and 4
i heard that it can be a cpu problem and as i took off my cooler (cpu was stuck to it) cpu was off too.
i checked pins several times and none bent or broken.
i dusted my pc with air on can, to remove dust.
What can cause this? is it a new mobo or a new cpu or did cleaning kill my ram?
unfortunately i dont have anything to test with.
Cpu: Ryzen 5 1600
Motherboard B350-f
ram 2x 8gb corsair venegance lpx 3000mhz
SSD A1000 480gb NVME
SSD a400 256 gb
HDD 500gb kingston
GPU Gforce GTX 1050
I am on 4024 and updated after the problem occored, so it shouldnt be bios problem as it worked on older bios versions.
The problem came after a cleanup inside pc and took out cpu
