This is a good pc to play Fortnite at 144fps all in low and res 4: 3. I'm thinking of also buying a 144hz monitor. Is a good choice? Thanks for all the reviews.

Solution
You can either get something that has gsync.
It would allow the screen to adapt and always stay in sync with the gpu,
No matter the fps, when between 30-90fps.

Or one of the nicer monis geared towards content/picture quality, as they have higherc apabilities, e.g i can run mine at 10bit (color)@60hz, or 8bit@75hz.
Thats usually what you get from most software and games anyway signal wise.
And with tools like the nvprofile tweaker or afterburners RTSS, you can limit max
fps for games, so not have to run the gpu at full load the whole time.
This way i have different games running at different fps (shooter at 75, racing sims etc at 60).

why do you need +100Hz?
it will shift bottlenecking from gpu to cpu, and outside competitive gaming (you make money from it), will "only" impact input lag a bit.
and when i see how many ppl say they "need" 144 (vs the ones that really need it), i like to know why.

the ssd is ok, i prefer the MX500 from crucial/WD black/970 evo for nvme or the 860 evo for 2.5 drives.
seasonic makes good units, but an evga should be better choice. look for the G2/G3 series.

if you can, wait for the 2060, should provide 1070/ti performance and come with 8gb of vram,
so it will be a bit more future proof (towards other games).

thinking better of what you said, I really will not need 144hz. So its a good pc for a 75hz ? I'm not going to get a 60hz monitor....
