Hello guys...
First of all I would like to mention that I had an 6600k with a hyper 212 EVO before that and the max load would be something max like 70 Celsius after hours of playing.

A guy told me to set the fan from bios to full speed at all times. I did it and still my CPU runs at 65 Celsius with Chrome only active...
Could it be a defective cooler? Some guys said these temps are normal for a 2600x. 90 Celsius is normal in 25C room temperature? I don't think so...

Solution
I'm not expert on what Ryzen voltages should be, but I think 1.45V is the recommended max safe voltage, so the fact that you're hitting that with auto voltage may be too high.

There's no reason to set the fan to 100% all the time. No, those temps aren't normal. Are you still using the 212 EVO? Have temps been like that since you got the new CPU, or only more recently? What are you using to check temperature? I think Ryzen Master is the most reliable.

No i use the 2600x stock cooler since they told me it's somewhat decent like the 212 evo.
I got these temps since the beginning. I use HW monitor and Ryzen master. They show the same temperatures.

Deepcool Dukase V2 with 1 Front 120mm fan intake, 1 top 120mm fan and 1 rear 120mm fan
MSI b450 Tomahawk
G.Skill Ripjaws V2 2x8gb 3200mhz
Corsair CX600
Gigabyte GTX 970 Xtreme Gaming 4gb

Room Temperature 25c

The Wraith Stealth is quite good as far as stock coolers go, but I think the 212 EVO would still be better. But those temps do still seem pretty high for the stock cooler. I'd double check that it's mounted properly. If that isn't the problem, it might be a good idea to try repasting it.

Some guys in a support group in Facebook told me my Core Voltage (which is set to AUTO) it's too high
And recommended setting it to 1,30 and also disable XFR *(but i cant find XFR)
You see anything strange in my voltages?
