Hello.
So I bought a new pre build pc (brand: Systemtreff gmbh.) from amazon and it was a bit cheap for that stuff I got.
577€ = 665.10$
For that price I got

Windows 10 pro 64 bit
Gtx 1050 ti (don't know the brand they didn't specifiy)
Amd Fx 8350 Eight cores
Asus M5A78L-M LE USB3
16 gb DDR3 Ram (don't know the brand didn't specify)
Power Supply 600 W 80 PLUS (didn't specify )
Also I got a 2 year warranty for it
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So when I got the pc I took a look of course if there was something missing.
Nothing was missing.
The fans were fine only the one cpu one was really loud (the reviews told me that but I didn't thought it was that loud)
So I switched the cpu one for a MUCH better one applied a good amount of thermal paste etc.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now let us go to the main part

When I played some games everything was alright nothing was overheating.(CS:GO, gmod etc.)

But on other games it wasn't still overheating but got these lag spikes (60~100 fps) like every 1 minute for 5- 10 sec 22~33 fps.(GTA 5, SCP secret laboratory,Unturned what I have tested)

On some other games it only occured after a while of playing still not overheating
(Friday the 13th,Dead by Daylight what I have tested)

Also did some benchmarks and they looked normal.

And the only thing that I think is that the graphics card isn't an actuall gtx 1050 ti 4gb but it can't be when it performs like one.

Some other stuff I tried (Changed between balanced and high performance plans), uninstalled and reinstalled graphic drivers, checked if there were some parts that didn't work properly.

So I don't know what to do anymore.
The only thing I could do is to email the company with my warranty so they can check it more detailed if there are any problems.

Still thank you for all answers even if they didn't work. ;)

EDIT: The problem isn't the graphics card the problem is the cpu when I am doing nothing only having chrome open the hz are around 3-4 hz
but when I am playing for example gta 5 they go from 4 to 1.3

I have the same CPU, and I get stuttering too. IMO its not a great CPU, I would get a new mobo eventually and get a new one. Stuttering just started freezing my system for no reason while playing very easy-to-run games, so I'm probably gonna pick up a ryzen or intel cpu for my birthday

Also anything with "GTX" or "RTX" is Nvidia, btw

Thank you for all answers.

I figured out that it was the mobo all the time some parts of the mobo were actually overheating because it was a bit cheap mobo for a cpu like that.
For anyone who has the same issue like me please just look closer to your mobo parts.
And don't buy any Pc's of Amazon.
