Upgrading my CPU

I currently have a GTX 1070 with a AMD FX-8350 which bottlenecks my GPU quite a lot. I've recently been looking at upgrading but I'm not sure what to go for, getting a new CPU will mean getting a new motherboard, RAM and CPU cooler. I'm also indecisive on whether I should go for a CPU that is much better than my GPU so that when I upgrade in the future I only have to upgrade my GPU.

In short, I require any assistance with what CPU I should get so that my GPU isn't bottlenecked, and whether or not I should get a much better CPU now rather than later.

I'm on a budget of around £600, give or take around £50, and I need to account for the cost of a decent mid-tower case.

Any advice/assistance will be greatly appreciated, thanks! :)

Solution
Ok. With different cpu cooler and different ram you can fit it under £600 also.

I've been mainly looking on https://www.scan.co.uk/ but I'm not opposed to other sites. As long as they are trusted.

Something like this.
You should pick case yourself. I'd suggest picking one with mesh front - for better cooling.

Sorry for the late response, I've had to deal with a few things in the past few days that have taken my budget down to £600 maximum. If you wouldn't mind assisting me further I would greatly appreciate it, but I understand if not. Thanks for your help regardless. :)

You get a great board to overclock, room for more ram if you get greedy. Another pcie slot for a likely used gtx 1070. A psu capable of the supporting the whole lot and a cooler capable of overclocking that CPU to 5ghz.

Worth the 28 dollars I'd say. If you prefer the builds above simply ditch the coolers, if you won't overclock they aren't needed.
