This is my first post.
I currently have a Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF i5-3470.
I use it as a stand alone unit to run Zwift (indoor cycle training).
At present it doesn't have a HDMI output, so I am using VGA into my LCD TV and a set of PC speakers.
I am very happy with graphics, looks good and runs smoothly.

My question is, if I bought cheap GPU with HDMI output, would the graphics get worse or would the integrated graphics still be available?

Solution
Probably won't even notice the difference in graphics. Integrated graphics are likely to be disabled if you install a discrete graphics card.

as Wolf said. when you install a dedicated GPU the intergrated disables automatically.
