Gigabyte x470 Hosted network not supported

Hey everyone
I recently bought Gigabyte Aorus gaming 5 wi fi and I have a PPPoE connection enabled.
But in the network status it says "No internet access" and mobile hotspot not accessible.
My network adapter is Intel wireless AC 9260 and I am running windows 10 1809

I couldn't figure out why My internet status is "No internet access" although I am using Internet via PPPoE and How I can turn on mobile hotspot as hosted network and softAP not supported

Open the Command prompt as admin and run the following command and see whether your network adapter is capable of making a Hotspot simply in windows we call it hosted network.

"netsh wlan show drivers"

I have the exact same motherboard but I use WiFi and Comcast ISP so it's not PPPoe. However, I did the same check in my command prompt and saw that your Intel drivers are way out of date. Probably won't solve this issue but to update the drivers there is an automatic assistant at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html once you have an internet connection.

I am far from being an expert on this as I only use DHCP but it seems that you are going about this wrong. You need to set your router to PPPoe if your ISP is providing you Internet service in that format. Then you would just connect to your router in a normal fashion like Ethernet or WiFi. I don't use router
I want to use it as a direct line through rj45 port .
I can now use internet on my browser but microsoft store and apps are not working displaying "no internet connection"
