Just finished putting new ram into the motherboard and when I boot it up the keyboard, mouse, all fans are running, ram lights up but the VGA and boot light are on. I changed the ram settings to its proper speed after enabling the xmp profile. (16gb) now it will not boot. I've tried resetting the bios but that doesn't seem to fix the problem either.
