Pc wont boot

Hello my first pc build is not booting to bios it has never booted to bios. It lights up and fans spin but I don't know whats wrong could someone help me? Also there is a no signal logo on screen.

Build
Ryzen 5 1600
Asrock AB350M-HDV
Rx 580 8gb
16gb ram
Ocz 700 watt power supply
500 gb hhd (from yard sale)

So your Ram is not on the QVL list which means it is not guaranteed to work with your motherboard. So you may need to replace it if we can't get it working now. First i would reseat (disconnect and reconnect) all your connections. Ram, power supply unit connections, GPU, etc. Anything that uses electricty or sends data. See if that works...if no keep reading/.

What I would try second is a bare bones build. IE take everything out of your case and build the PC on a flat non-conductive surface. Ideally placing static paper between your motherboard and the surface though cardboard, wood or glass will work in a pinch if they are clean. If your PC boots now then you had a short from a motherboard screw. Simply reinstall everything in the...

If you can't get it to work after this...i would start with returning your ram and getting something on your vendors QVL list...
