8700k with Asus h310m-e motherboard

i am planning to build a pc with 8700k but not looking for z series motherboard right now because in future i will upgrade to maximus hero or code so i am looking for a cheapest motherboard which will not allow me overclocking and stably run 8700k

Yes it will. You will likely be the only person on the planet to ever make that combo. But hey it will work as advertised. I sure hope you are using the money you saved on the motherboard and putting it towards a good psu.

haha, funny thing you said but thanks for your help. i might upgrade the mobo in future but for now my real investment is on CPU because i don't want lag in gaming just because of low cpu power, i can make low graphics settings but there is no settings in the game for low cpu usage.
