[SOLVED] How to Reinstall Android on Stock Recovery

So, I had hard reset my next book ares a8 tablet using the recovery menu, and in doing so I also accidentally "Mounted System" which deleted my Android os. I have been researching this topic for a while now and I can't seem to find anything. Any help is greatly appreciated!

if you are stuck at the logo after selecting recovery press and hold the power button then while holding the power button press the volume up...

That’s what I originally went into the recovery menu for. But if I select that option it resets but it still is stuck on the boot logo/menu. And I have left it there for hours to see if it is just taking a long time to load but it still won’t do anything. I also tried to boot into safe mode, but I can’t seem to access it!
