I forgot to mention a couple BTX things about GPU size. The MB is on the left side of the case, and 2 slot wide GPUs extend away from the other expansion slots and quickly atart running into things there.
A ZOTAC GTX 1050 Mini is the only 2 slot wide GPU that fits in the Optiplex Mini Towers. The 980 may be a little tricky because they added some PS2 ports the 7xx Optis don't have. So may a little plastic will need to be trimmed there.
The BTX Optiplex BIOS has a known issue with AMD GPUs and won't run them after R9 300 series (and r9-285).
Between fitment problems, and the need for a PSU upgrade to run those cards the ZOTAC Mini is usually the way to go.

can i conncet a 500w power supply to it there is a option right?

A GTX1050Ti will save the expense of buying a PSU. That's an unusual system. BTX layout and LGA1156 CPU. So a Dell T3400 PSU should fit and have a 6 pin PCIe cable. But it looks like it may have the mini ATX 24 pin MB header and need an adapter for that also. generally a GTX1050 is the way to go for an Optiplex.
