350w psu

Just give me settings to overclock my build to to maximum including voltages

What do you hope to achieve by overclocking q9550 ?

If it's better gaming performance, your're interested in, then upgrade your graphics card instead.

The G41 supports Xeon swapping. I would put an X5470 in it and call it a day.
