I was most likely going to buy a vega 56, but the model i was interested in sold out when i was finished considering :( . My only option for vega now is the MSI blower one;https://www.pccasegear.com/products/41899/msi-radeon-rx-vega-56-air-boost-8gb-oc
The 2070 in question costs $830 AUD.
Just some general questions:
1. Is the blower design any good?( I have heard it is quite bad, correct if wrong)
2. Will the vega 56 get me through 2019, at 1440p/1080p?
3. Would the rtx 2070 be a better overall buy?
4. How fiddly is it to set up( i.e uninstall drivers, overclock)?
I really need yall help on this one.
750 watt psu btw.

Solution
1. Blower fan will be ok if you're not overclocking.

2. Vega 56 will get you through 2019 however in my country when the RTX2060 comes out it will be cheaper and faster than a Vega 56.
Edit - they are actually around the same performance wise, with the 2060 having the added benefit of RTX and DLSS for future use.

3. The RTX2070 would be better again

4. Not fiddly.
