Help MOBO won't post

So, I have this MSI B350m Gaming Pro Mobo and I just did an overclock on it. Now the PC won't boot at all. The EZ debug light only shows up on VGA. It turns on perfectly fine and all but it doesn't post to BIOS. I tried everything. Could it actually be my GPU? It was working perfect before but after. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Should I buy a new CPU GPU or MOBO. Also I turned up voltage to 1.35 and OC to 4ghz.

  1. Oh and the CPU is a Ryzen 7 1700 with the stock cooler.
  2. You need to reset the BIOS, there is normally a jumper on the board or you can take the CMOS battery out.
  3. Follow this guide - https://neosmart.net/wiki/reset-bios-cmos/

Follow Method 3 if you cant find the jumper mentioned in method 2
  4. I've exhausted all CMOS reset methods, non seem to work. I threw my GPU on my old MOBO, and it didn't post sadly, but the fans spin perfectly fine and everything. Just a black screen not even Nvidia driver screen. I'm really stumped, how would OC a CPU have this effect on my GPU?
