Hi, I recently built a new computer with the following specs:

GPU: RX 580 8GB ARMOR OC
CPU: Ryzen 5 1400 3.2 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Mobo: MSI - B350M GAMING PRO Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
PSU: EVGA 500w bronze
Case: Deepcool Tesseract SW

This is my first build and I've looked at numerous threads about fixes regarding this issue but nothing works. I've tried restarting normally, reconnecting the HD Audio connector multiple times, the plug at the front panel of the case for the headphone jack is plugged in, all of my PSU connectors are being used in the right places, reinstalled audio drivers multiple times, including clean uninstalls and reinstalls, and I've looked for on board audio in the BIOS but the only audio related thing I could find in it was Audio Controller Enabled, which was set to enabled. I'm completely stumped here, the only thing I can think of is that I have a bad audio cord.
