I'm having issues with fps drops with game if I use the four banks, my 4 memories are the same model but as it seems not the same batch, but it was working fine until sometime ago.

I tried changing slots and got some interesting results, like it boots once, then the computer hangs or some banks got in dual channel and just one and the other ones got single channel.

I updated the bios the last version but is beta and there are no new releases. When I installed the memories, I had no issues, it started couple of months back.

Seemed more stable when running with 3 sticks

I was able to fix one of the problems, the CPU was overheating, just added more thermal paste, now the computer does not want to boot if I use the four banks, only less

update: everything back to normal, just cpu overheating and I was making the wrong guess
