SSD issue after upgrading pc

So I recently upgraded my GPU and booted the PC only to be stuck in a BIOS loop (save & exit and it puts me back in BIOS) the only problem I could think of is my SSD.
I found an error after restarting a few times which came up with “BIOS not installed.” So I press alt+R which showed a blue screen with “no drivers located” and “Refresh to search for driver”
I also tried using my windows install USB and found in “repair” I could see “My Computer” which also showed no SSD.
I’m out of ideas, any advice?

Full specs:
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-AX370 K5
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 1600
RAM: Corsair CMK16GX4M2A2400C16R Vengeange
SSD: Samsung 850EVO 500gb 2.5inch
PSU: EVGA 650 GQ, 80+ gold
GPU: Sapphire Vega 56 Pulse
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Solution
Be sure to check Samsung's website.

There may be some diagnostic software available that you can use to test your SSD.

Just be aware that anything you do may cause data loss or more damage.

Unfortunately "new" is not always a good indicator of "okay".

Pull the GPU and connect the monitor to the motherboard's integrated video port. If there is one....

Try booting then. Try safe boot.

Note any errors, beeps, diagnostic LED's etc.

If no success, try a new CMOS battery.

HDMI directly into Mobo doesnt show on my monitor.
1 other thing I forgot to mention was since the last time my pc booted properly, I tried an alternate PSU which would only
Flash RGB on Mobo for <1 second if the SATA or VGA ports were plugged into PSU. (If that effects anything.)
Also note wether SSD is pugged in or not BIOS shows no SATA input.

I’ve now swapped the CMoS Battery and no luck
Sent off for a new SSD to Mobo cable that should come today hopefully that works.
I’ve PSU Tested the cables from PSU to SSD and they work fine. Seems to be an issue SSD to Mobo

Sorry to keep bothering you but I don’t know another way of updating the post.
I have since gained access to a spare HDD (and used both connectors that were used in the SSD) which registered on the BIOS.
It seems the faulty PSU may have fried my SSD which contained my Windows OS.
I am currently contacting a data recovery service in hopes of restoring lost information. (Although hopes are low after spending well over a weeks worth of work from my spare time on this issue thus far.)

Thanks, I’ve sent off for a data recovery service to do it. Hopefully they can recover my data. It’s the OS I’m most bothered about, because I don’t want to purchase another one and start over.
Problem solved. :)
