You install all your new components then do the install.
Windows is partially tied to your motherboard, so you have to have the new board to even begin the install.

so my new mobo will boot perfectly? and then I fresh install
  3. No, when you install the new motherboard it will boot to bios, but no further. At this point you install windows.

so I need to buy the windows 10 activation key to remove the stupid watermark or then just leave the watermark there
  5. Yes, you can either skip the key and live with a watermark, or pay for windows.
If you already have windows 10, you can link it to your microsoft account and transfer the key you already own.
