I bought a corsair k65 lux just after christmas and when i opened it mostly all the keys would make a ping sound when i pressed them so i returned it and they sent a new one. But now the new 1 has a stiff right shift key and some of the keys have a horrible screeching sounds off the spring when i press them. I want to know am i just being fussy or are corsair just a [censored] >> [bad] brand?

heres a link to the sound of the keys and the stiff right shift: https://streamable.com/2f0jb

The screeching could be caused by the keyboard just being new. Although the stiff shift key is what you need to be concerned about. It is unusual for Corsair to have stiff shitfkeys e.g., I had a a non-gaming keyboard myself (not-mechanical) that had a very stiff ctrl-key. I opened it up and what I saw was that there was too much friction between the parts. That's not to blame on you. You should definitely complain about the shift-key, although the screeching noises coming from you other keys are just the side-effect of the keyboard being new. Hope this answered your question!
