recently i been having problems while playing games where i would see red, blue, and green flickering dots all over the screen and it will have tearing and eventually the screen turns black and either the game crashes and the pc would restart. ive checked the temps and its all normal then when i start the game and the screen start flickering with the dots and tearing the gpu temp starts to go up. idles at 55c then goes to 60 65 then it spikes up to 75c and then 80c. after that it crashes and restarts. hope someone can help, thanks. i have a msi rx 580 armor oc 4gb gpu, 16gb ddr4, ryzen 1600. heres some screenshots of the temps:
