Hey. I was wanting to add a USB 3.0 PCI-E in my Optiplex 390 MT, but not sure what will work. I also would love to install a front bay like this HERE, but not sure if there is one that would work with it. Could you tell me what USB 3.0 PCI-E would work and if this or another front bay that would work.Thanks

Unless your motheboard has a spare internal usb 3.0 socket or the back panel has a usb 3.0 port you will need to buy a usb 3.0 pci-e card with internal usb 3.0 port

In addition your pc case needs a spare 5.25" dvd / cd bay to fit the device

Regarding the card reader some allocate one drive letter per card slot others can only handle one card at a time
