Okay, so i've just bought the rx470 and when I plug it into my computer nothing happens, actually when I plug in the power cables thats when the problem starts, I cant even use my onboard graphics to get a post from the PC, only if I remove power cables. The PC is just spinning the fans alongside with the graphics card fans and thats it.
So no post and no booting up.
But when I replace it with my other Gpu it works fine.
I even tried updating bios to the latest version but nothing changed.
So I'm wondering is my Motherboard compatible with this graphics card?
I'm open to suggestions...

Here are my specs:
Motherboard: MSI H67ma-e35
CPU: Intel Core i5 - 2500 (non K)
RAM: 8 Gigs Kingston hyper
POWER SUPPLY: CHIEFTEC 700W 80plus bronze
Other graphics card: AMD 6770

I think I made it. The reason was that I haven't flashed the actual "last version" of the bios, until this morning...Somehow I've overseen it... Now I'm able to boot my system, and I'm using my cpu graphics card (cause I dont have the right dvi-D adapter, I've bought the wrong one dvi-I).
The important thing is that I'm able to see the new RX470 in the device manager and the system is working now...What a simple mistake I made that costed me a lot of nerves, especially cause I've bought my gpu as a second hand device...
At least I hope this will help someone with the similar problem.

Edit:
The card is fully working now after testing it with proper dvi-d - vga adapter. Furmark, games, etc....
So the problem was in the bios version.
