[SOLVED] 1700x throttling at 75 degrees C?

Just built my Pc.
Aorus Pro Wifi b450 I
Gtx 1070 Aero
Ryzen 7 1700x
Patriot ddr4 @ 2666
Cryorig C7
CoolerMaster elite 110

Nothing wrong with the mounting or thermal compound, might just be because the case is small?
Front intake fan is at 1400rpm, cpu fan is pwm

1700x is throttling down to 1.9-2.0 GHz.

I would recommend buying the two optional 80mm fans for the case (to be outtakes). You probably just need more airflow. Until you get those, try turning the front fan around so that it is an outtake. The negative pressure will be better than the positive pressure for cooling.
