Hello,
I just got a AMD RX 570 4GB and my M/B has gone mad about it.
My PSU is Thermaltake TR2 470W
Its kinda old but surely sufficient and funcional.
I had a gtx 760 oc beforehand and got very very rarely that kind of problem (two-tree times in a year or so).
But now the system shuts down and restarts after I open any and every game.. Developers' notes etc are ok and then black out...
I only think my RX570 because it only happens in games and not in browsing ect.
What bothers me is that GTX760 has a higher power draw when OCed and both not enough to get even close to 470w. I even tried underclock and undervolt with no luck.
I am almost convinced to get a new PSU but i havent got much money left
my specs;
Pentium g4560
8GB DDR4 in dual channel
Kingston SSD A400 128GB
WD Green 500GB
MSI RX570 4GB GamingX

Solution

Seems you had it more often so the RX 570 isn't really the problem. With what you experience is that one of the voltage rails gets out of spec and the pc shuts down. Seems you need a better psu.
