I figure 50+ % of 4790k have been overclocked
Rerun the test watching cpuz to see what clockspeed is when it's running the early tests
Also it says you have a lot of background stuff running close everything except the benchmark and cpuz

Btw, I'm running it with a stock 4th gen i3 cooler because I'm waiting for the new one to arrive, got highest of 78 C.

That's fine I wouldn't want that cooler on there permanently and keep an eye out for overheating on extended gaming or rendering sessions. The i3 cooler is smaller than the stock I7 one. I suspect it would throttle on a long prime run if you hit 78 on userbenchmark
Yeah man, the cooler will be replaced in 2 or 3 days at most, i don't even play games now, trying to keep it under 70C, since the cooler is miserable for this processor.
