So last week I woke up and I randomly got a 5 beep code with no boot from my pc. I opened it up, cleaned some excess dust and reseated my heatsink and my pc booted with the windows self repair screen. My pc worked fine for the whole day after that. The next day I got the same beep codes and no boot. When I boot with no ram it gives me the ram beep codes. There was a small rainstorm on one of the days before.
I’ve tried, reseating the ram ,trying each ram stick, resetting cmos, turning on pc without gpu, reseating cpu. All of this without peripherals plugged in. I have yet to test the psu.
Is there anything else to try before I start testing mobo/cpu/psu?

Ryzen 3 1300x
Nvidia 1060 3gb
16gb g skill ripjaws
Corsair cx450 80+ bronze
Pc was built November 2017
