I need some really good opinions about these graphics cards Im not sure what to buy
I game at 1440p later in the future Im gonna upgrade my monitor to 4k and
which one will perform better???

Get a gtx 2080ti. There are barely any games that support multi gpu out there atm. The few that do barely get a 30% performance bump and sometimes even have a negative performance impact.
