Upgrade to RTX 2060 or stick with GTX 1060 6GB for 1440p 60hz?

Title says it all, unless you want specifics of my situation:

I currently have a GTX 1060 6GB card and play at 1080p. I'm making the jump to 1440p at 60hz and am considering updating my graphics card.

I play Just Cause 3, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Battlefield 1, Far Cry 5, and several others, though they aren't as graphically-intensive as the specifics I listed. Since the 2060 is currently bundled with either BF5 or Anthem, add BF5 to that list if I should go with it.

I want to be able to play 60fps average on Very High settings at least (Ultra isn't 100% necessary, and compromising 1 or 2 settings to High would be fine).

I have a Ryzen 5 1600 overclocked to 3.9Ghz, and 16GB of DDR4 ram at 3000Mhz.

So basically, should I:
a. Replace my GTX 1060 with an RTX 2060
b. Replace my GTX 1060 with a different card (no more than $400)
c. Keep my GTX 1060 for now and see what comes out in the next few months
