Hi ive been having issues with my computer lately. My cpu will clock at 0.79 ghz and never go past that. Ive been using throttle stop and un clicked BD PROCHOT and that fixed my issue but i want a permanent solution. Ive also tried updating all my drivers and turning on the fast switch on my msi m5 z170a motherboard. Cpu is 6700k
