[SOLVED] New RTX 2060 or Used GTX 1070Ti

Title says it all. I'm particularly looking at the Asus Rog Strix OC versions of these cards. The 2060 is about $420 plus tax on amazon, while someone in my area is selling a 1070ti for $300. I'm worried about the risks that come along with used cards, as I am unable to test it with the seller when I meet them. Which card should I go for?

If you can get the 1070Ti brand new for the same or lesser price than 2060 go for it otherwise it is worthless and personally don't go for used mining graphic cards.
