I5 7400 stuttering

Hello,
I have a i5 7400 3ghz 3.5 turbo
And i some games like in bf1 and as odessy im getting constent stuttering.
I have seen in video benchmarks that "hardware unboxed" did they tested a i5 7400 and it got over 80 fps.
Awso i have a gtx 750 ti oc and on the lowest settings "720p 50% res scale"
To enshure i dont have a gpu bottelneck
I still have a lot of stutter
Can anyone suggest something?
Awso i have msi afterburner to see cpu and gpu usage cpu usage 100% gpu 40-60%
-Rest of system:
8 gb g.skill 2400mhz single channel
Asrock h270 pro 4
Kingston 120 gb ssd
Western digital 1000gb 7200rpm
1920×1080 monitor

BF1 is a very cpu and GPU intensive game...; additionally, no certainty that only 8 GB of RAM is going to provide a smooth experience, and only a single channel of it is certainly limiting memory bandwidth. DIfficult to say which is or could be causing your stuttering, or if all 3 could be contributors. (7700K plays BF1 smoothly, as does a GTX1060-6 GB The 7700K suffers from elevated pricing last time I checked, however, so an i5-8400 and mainboard combo might prove less expensive)
