So i recently put my OS (Windows 10) onto my SSD samsung 860 evo 250gb and i was wondering how i use my hard drive as a way of storing everything as my SSD doesn't have the best storage place and I've looked at a lot of places and I can't find the solution anywhere for what I'm looking for my HDD is plugged in correctly because bios detects it and minitool is showing it as plugged in but when I go into to "This PC" only 2 things that show up are the ssd storage and something called "system reserved" Someone please help, Thank you.

Solution
How did you move your OS to the SSD?
The free Samsung ssd migration tool is a very good way.
The system reserved partition is put there by windows for recovery purposes.

First, boot to your ssd without the HDD connected at all to verify that the move was sound.

Reattach the HDD
Go to control program/administrative functions/storage/disk management

You should see your HDD and can do with it what you will.
If you want to use it simply as another D drive you can reformat it and erase all of the old windows partitions.
