I don't know if this is common, but every time I browse the internet or edit some files in word, my cpu temp keeps going up and down. for example the current temp is about 38 degrees and it suddenly goes to 50 for a second and then goes down to about 35 again where is goes up to 50 and it keeps going up and down after that. It's like an endless cycle.
Is this bad for my cpu? Both Core Temp and Ryzen Master indicate the temp changes.
