[SOLVED] Ryzen 2700X High Temps

Hello! So I got my GTX 1080 back from the RMA dept but i thought I'd ask you guys about my CPU temps . So I was playing BF1 on the 2700X with the Asus Ryuo 240MM AIO. Riva Turner was stating my processor temps as high as 83C and HwMonitor said 75C. I also noticed that the max clock was 4.9GHZ? This seems really high.
I have the AIO plugged into the CPU_Fan . Should I connect to AIO_Pump?

Yes, connect pump to AIO_Pump and depending on cooler model make sure it runs at full speed.

Use HWINFO64 to monitor temps. And set pump at max in BIOS.

Connect pump and fans to proper places first.

Can the RAD fans go into cha_ fan ... I got a CPU fan error

No, radiator fans should go to CPU_FAN, that's what it's for. Most MBs will complain or shut down if fans are not working on that header.
