I was thinking of upgrading my 1050ti I have 2 options RTX 2060 costing me 472$ and used GTX 1070 Good condition 375$ which one should I buy the gtx 1070. I know RTX performers a bit better but is it worth it or not. I will be using the card for productivity like Premiere Pro and After Effects

How about 1070 Ti!! if you can get it for cheaper or similar price to 2060 i would suggest you to get the 1070Ti.
Forget about the 1070 if you wanna compare it with 2060, the more suitable competitor will be 1070Ti were they trade off blows and each have their perks.
