Run the Intel burn test monitoring temps if under 80c you're fine if over youre not fine
What cooler do you have?
I would advise against Intel Burn Test, pretty sure that's another one of those programs that gives the CPU too much voltage resulting in higher temps and inaccurate results. At least that was my last experience with it about a year ago with my 4770K but maybe it's been fixed?

At stock speeds of it can't keep it cool on IBT he needs a better cooler I wouldn't suggest it if he had a big oc on it. It's just a bit more simple to run than prime for someone not comfortable yet

Prime 95, hw moniter and aida 64 is usually my test suite. I would also suggest a be quiet dark rock 4 pro cooler if your temps reach much over 80c in any of these tests.
A cryorig h7 should be fine for that cpu as long as your getting good temperatures. Run the prime 95 version above and see what temps your cpu is at using hwmoniter.
