I built my pc back in November, and all was well until a couple weeks ago when I noticed stutter that would happen in any game(League of Legends, Overwatch, Destiny, etc.), mostly when I move left and right. I have no fps drops and my temperatures all seem normal.
I have tried a clean install of windows, uninstalling drivers via DDU and reinstalling, updating bios with no fix.
Using MSI afterburner, I monitored my hardware seen here https://imgur.com/a/bwMeoQN
(1 image monitoring with just the frontpage of imgur open in edge and the other is recorded while playing a game of overwatch)
I am no expert by any means, and am not sure what would cause this or how/if I can resolve this. Any input into this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

CPU: Intel i7 8700k
Motherboard: Asrock Fatal1ty z370 itx (3.30)
RAM: Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz, XMP enabled

(I am playing at 2560 x 1440 at 144Hz)
