The guestion is can I put my old gpu to my new computer which already has a gpu.
I would use it to my secondary monitor.
specs:
cpu: intel i5 8600k
gpu: sapphire pulse vega56
ram: corasit vegneance lpx 3000mhz
ssd: kingston a400 480gb
mb: asus tuf z370plus
cpu cooler: rajintek leto pro rgb
psu: bequiet system power 9 700w
gpu 2?: msi r7 360
Can my psu handle that additonal gpu?? what about additional hdd??

hi, yes you can use old gpu for your 2nd monitor, you also may be able to combine it with vega56 in DX12 game Ashes of the Singularity though you will not get much if will suceed, since these 2 cards is from completely different league

as for PSU if it will be capable of running these 2 gpus and additional HDD - i'll say yes, still will have some extra watts in it left, if you will do overclocking with increased power limit though then it may go above 700W, however many PSUs have overload, and for some PSUs it's a stable overload up to ~20% higher
