So i have a build im currently working on
Specs are
Windows 10 64Bit
Intel I5 2500 3.3GHZ
4gb Ram DDR3 (Wont Run 8GB for some reason)
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. H67M-UD2H-B3
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6570

Now this is a build to literally run CSGO and do some work on my eBay business.
But my god it runs slow, youtube videos keep stopping where it cant keep up
CSGO wont run unles im on ultra low and a low RES and even then it struggles
the whole computer just runs slow, Click an icon and takese aroun 15-20 seconds to register

is there anything i could look at to see whats slowing it down? Im not bothered about the 4gb. The ram works in other mobos but no this one yet a 4GB stick works perfect in any slot i have put it in and MEM test etc shows no issues

any help would be great

Sorry for the long read

The motherboard manual is probably going to be your best bet to figuring out the memory issue.
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H67M-UD2H-B3-rev-11#support-manual

Once you do get it figured out I'd enable XMP in the BIOS to make sure the memory is running at the correct speed.

For a good performing and well priced SSD I'd get this.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Storage: Crucial - MX500 250 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($44.99 @ Adorama)
Total: $44.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Or the 500gb version for $68.

A clean install of Windows and a 240gb+ SSD for the OS would help a lot.

As for the memory it could be just a compatibility issue if your mixing different memory, you could try different slots and see if that works. A motherboard BIOS update may help but there's always a small risk of bricking the board and finding a replacement may be a pain so it may not be worth the risk.

im looking at doing a clean install, just trying to find the windows 10, is 32 or 64 the best option? i will get an SSD soon but again that will only improve boot time, i want to try and see whats slowing it all down

64-bit for Windows, and the SSD improves the speed of the entire system altogether, not just the boot time. You could try running Bitdefender & Malwarebytes (both free) to see if there's anything on your system causing issues.

If YT videos are slow to load that could also be a internet speed issue but I think a clean install of Windows on a SSD and downloading all of the newest drivers for your motherboard & GPU will greatly speed up your system and will improve your gaming on CSGO.

OP's current board supports up to 32gb as well.
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H67M-UD2H-B3-rev-11#sp

Probably mismatched memory.

If it is mismatched , he can try using it as two single channel sticks. It might work that way.

True and it'll still be better then a single 4gb stick.

memory was bought together, it works in another board but this one wont run over 4gb without BSOD. i have tested the RAM on other boards and works fine and 1 stck of 4GB works fine in every slot on my MOBO so i have no clue why it wont run 8. im going to do a clean install and go from there, are there any decent sites/videos about ram settings etc it maybe a setting in the BIOS thats causing it?

It's in the BIOS, usually under a performance or overclocking tab.
