Build
-AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2 GHz 6-Core Processor
-MSI - B450M GAMING PLUS Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
-ADATA - XPG GAMMIX D10 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
-EVGA - BT 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
-Gigabyte - Radeon RX 570 4 GB Gaming 4G Video Card
-Samsung - 860 Evo 250 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
-Western Digital - AV-GP 1 TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive

I plugged in everything correctly and when i powered everything on, all the motherboard ez debug lights flashed on for a second then turned off.
I tried going on the MSI website and downloading the bios update so i can flash my motherboard but that seemed like it didn't do anything.
Overall the pc won't turn on but I know it's getting power and I don't know what else I can do and i would love any help/tips on fixing my problem.

A few things to check with a new build.

- You have the power switch cable connected correctly (consult the manual for the PIN map)

- Check you have the power cable going from the PSU to the CPU plugged in

- Check you have the HDMI lead going into your GPU and not the motherboard socket

Then it might be hardware. You hear any beeps?

Since the light turned on, we know the psu is working.

First of all, are you sure the CPU is in correctly? Did you put down the rod?

Check the Graphics card, if it is inserted in the right slot and is in correctly. Also, the cables for it must be seated in.

No beeps.
I'm pretty sure i put the cpu in correctly as I had no problem putting it in and it fit perfectly.
The graphics card fits in its slot and i have the correct psu cables going to the cpu, mobo, and graphics card.
