No Power Problem, Iffy Power Supply or Possibly Some Other Spec

My problem is my computer gets no power but sometimes it does. It seems like I have to wait for some inconsistent amount of time (at least a day, sometimes a week) then replug the power cord and switch the PSU on then don't dare to unplug the cord or else it won't turn on again. When it did turn on though, I got a no signal to monitor message. Don't know why this is.
Any Solutions/Thoughts or questions that could help you help me? Thank you in advance! (More details below)
_______________________________________________________________________________
For about 3 weeks my computer has been having problems. The timeline is:

- I moved my computer then it wouldn't turn on (Note below). Waited overnight with it unplugged, replugged then works.
- A week after using it sparingly it had performed like buns and startup was awful and when I tried to reset the PC, it was unable to. But then I fixed it somehow an hour and a half later and it went back to normal.
- A week later woke up after I had just used it and after many tries, it couldn't turn on, no lights either.
- But it weirdly and randomly turned on twice in the span of two weeks after I had randomly turned the PSU back on.
- However, I had no signal to monitor and then tried turning the computer on and off to fix, still no signal, also the fan seemed somewhat more furious than usual.
- After unplugging the cord to clean my PC a little bit and putting it back in, the computer refuses to turn on again. Right now it doesn't work.

Note: Had this computer for around 2 years. Recently I might've mishandled the power cord while transporting my computer and I left it plugged in and the PSU on and noticed the plug trying to hold on to dear life in the outlet, but it worked for a while (after the wait) even after that happened. Also plugging in the power cable still produces an electrical charge and little sparking sound and I've tried multiple cables.

Extra Note: I randomly had errors about explorerframe.dll not being on the system as the problems arose. I'm sorry for being so wordy I'm hoping it helps with diagnosing because I'm not even sure anymore.

Here you go:
CPU: i7-6700k
GPU: GTX 980Ti (Gigabyte 1)
PSU: Corsair 600W
Storage: 1 TB HDD and 250 SSD
Ram: ASUS G. Skill Ripjaws V Series DDR4 Memory 2x 8GB
Motherboard: ASUS VG248
OS: Windows 10

I've found a couple power cords lying around but they do look a little old and fit somewhat loosely, but because it has randomly worked a couple times and in succession, I've dismissed it as the issue. Hopefully it helps
