I recently sold my entire setup for a really low price because I thought I had escaped the grasp of computers but here I am yet again! I am fairly experienced in building systems but I am not good at coming up with the components. I mostly play games like Squad, Arma 3, and many other MilSim games so I would like something that can get close to 60 FPS with at least high settings. I am not looking for top of the line, just something that can be enjoyable to the average gamer! My budget is about $1200. I also need to buy Windows. Thanks in advance!

My friend is also selling his setup:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2Ghz
CPU Cooler: Jonsbo CR-201 120mm LED Fan
Motherboard: MSI B350 Gaming Plus ATX
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD
Ram: PNY Anarchy 16GB(8GBx2) 2400MHz DDR4
Power Supply: Raidmax RX-630SS 630W LED
Case: Thermaltake Versa N21 Snow Edition
Case Fan: Aigo Halo Ring 120mm x2
OS: Windows 10 Pro(clean install, active)

LG 29" 29UM69 2560X1080 FreeSync Gaming Monitor
Acer 24" G246HL LED-Lit Monitor
VIVO Dual LCD LED Monitor Desk Mount Stand

He is asking $800 for it. Would that be worth it then I can upgrade a few components? Keep in mind I have to buy an entire new setup so if this can handle things for the most part then I will probably go with this.
